Using the Bible as a means of addressing trust issues will bring a sense of God's peace into your life. The following verses are taken from the World English Bible.
- 1 Timothy 4:10: For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we have set our trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.
- Matthew 6:28-30: Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
- Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, And don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, And he will direct your paths.
- Psalm 56:3: When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.
- Psalms 4:5: Offer the sacrifices of righteousness. Put your trust in Yahweh.
- Psalms 56:11: I have put my trust in God. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
